Governor Schwarzenegger – Calls for State-Wide Bag Ban in California

Today, Governor Schwarzenegger, Assemblywomen Julia Brownley and ChicoBag President Andy Keller speak out against single-use plastic bags.  All agree, reusable bags are the answer.
